When it comes to commercial use, our lifts are ready to be utilized throughout many variations of hotels, office buildings, restaurants, and cafeterias and even residential. Due to the large variety of buildings we serve, we provide many sizes and in some situations can replace your old manual versions. If you would like to diminish the injuries to the back and knees among your workers, while increasing their speed, then a commercial dumbwaiter is your answer. There are five sizes of single side opening commercial lifts. Included in these are stainless steel foil lining and stainless steel brackets. We do build to commercial restaurant specs and the lifts can house 13×18 and 18×26 aluminum food trays. If you need, we do include vinyl opening covers. Any lifts with commercial settings are equipped with fire rated doors. Each interior surface has a food grade 304 stainless steel shelf slides, food grade 304 annealed stainless steel sheets and 316 stainless steel hardware in the lining. The lifts have been fire rated for 90 min on the exterior doors and the rollers have been made of durable nylon that provides a long lasting operation.

Commercial Lifts are available in Cabinet Grade Birch, Powder Coated Steel, Stainless Steel, and Cabinet Grade Birch with Stainless Foil Insert.  If you are going to be using the dumbwaiter to transport food you are serving, you must have a solid stainless steel carrier or our cabinet grade birch with Stainless Foil Liner which utilizes Food Grade Stainless Foil as the liner, it is less money than a Solid Stainless, and will pass your local health department code for health standards.

The following prices are for budget purposes only.  You should fill out our handy QUOTE FORM to get an accurate quote for the unit.  These prices reflect a 2 Stop, with floor to floor heights of 12’.  Front/Front Access with Fire Proof Doors.  We can build FRONT/FRONT, FRONT/BACK, or FRONT/SIDE carriers.
NOTE:  It is the responsibility of the owner/contractor to review your local county codes for permits and inspections.  We can help you fill out the form, but since we only provide the Dumbwaiter, it is your responsibility to communicate and obtain the building permit and or dumbwaiter permit if required in your county.

CATEGORY 2—Cabinet Grade Birch with Stainless Foil Liner

 The structure of this unit is the same as the Cabinet Grade Birch unit above, it is Food Grade 304 Stainless Steel Sheet with food grade 304 stainless steel shelf guides and 316 stainless steel hardware.  These are normally approved by most County Health Departments for restaurants and cafes transporting finished food.  Durable and more economical than Solid Stainless Steel. 

 CATEGORY 3 – Powder Coated Steel

Ideal for transporting cases of goods, beer kegs, parts, manufactured goods etc;  Not suitable for Prepared Food in most county health departments.

 

CATEGORY 4 — Solid Stainless Steel

Ideal for restaurants and cafe's...any place that is transporting finished food between floors.  Approved by all County Health Departments.  We can custom build to your specifications with fixed or removeable shelves to accommodate restaurant trays.  Up to 48" heights with vinyl curtains to protect food during transport and gates for retaining dry goods from falling down shaft way.
